We have Yoga every Thursday.  We love it! We feel very relaxed after Yoga!

In September we learned about Autumn.  We went on a nature hunt to discover the coloured leaves and to see what else we could find.  We had great fun trying to catch bees and butterflys.  We also got to pick blackberries.  They were delicious!

   

 

Baking

This year we have great fun learning how to bake.  We listened to the story of The Little Red Hen.  We decided to bake some brown bread.  The smell of the bread made everyone feel hungry.  We cut it up and ate it with butter, jam or honey.  It tasted really good!!!

After reading the Gingerbread Man we decided to bake our own gingerbread men.  This was harder than the bread and we had to be patient while waiting for the dough to cool in the fridge.  But the wait was worth it!  We decorated our own gingerbread men using raisins, chocolate chips and orange peel.  Thankfully our Gingerbread men didn't get a chance to run away.  We were too quick and had them gobbled up!!
